The Restorative Station of Kin is our community to support wellness and creativity in southern black communities by honoring the matriarchal lineage and the collective struggle for liberation. Through our video podcast created by Sydney Kesler artistically known as RSK, we explore relationships with our environment, health, loved ones, and community. We use these to create conversations on our blog and through our monthly newsletter.

These focus on community, spirituality, and personal growth. We explore our relationship with ourselves, others, and this earth to better align ourselves and our purpose. November 2023 Community Care Challenge
The Community Care Challenge is an opportunity for us to support each other in a journey of care. We all care for ourselves differently and we all need different things in our lives right now. Now matter what is happening, the community can be there for you as you love and care for yourself. The Community Care Challenge is set up as a BINGO game. You can score a spot on your own board by completing any one of the tasks. The tasks range from working out at a high volume each week to simply taking an hour just for yourself. We will run a challenge each month based on our community of kin input, achievements, and desires. Be sure to submit your results to win freebies, discounts, and more!
